Basestation is working perfectly. I just cannot upgrade it to the latest firmware.

If About Basestation is showing that you have Firmware 516, I'm told this is the latest version:

L-0060-0000-0516-R-300310

Maybe SBS-Resources could make it clearer so people don't attempt to upgrade to the latest version when they already have it  Wink

It is confusing.

I have an SBS1e which shows firmware build 402 - does that mean my firmware needs updating?

Posting on 2 forums it is difficult but I did say on the Resources support thread that you are possibly trying to update with what you already have.

Can we all assume it is working now?

Hi Mike.

For the SBS-1e, firmware 402 is the latest version.

For the SBS-1eR it's 516.

I see I was now trying upgrade 516 with 516. It is a pity that it wasn't a bit clearer. I had no idea that L-0060-0000-0516-R-300310 was the same as I had installed.
Oh well one lives and learns.

I agree Ken, it could be made clearer and I've posted a suggestion to that affect on the Kinetic forum.
