None of this was "PP related".

You've lost me there satcom.

So if a BA aircraft goes technical and the flight is delayed, it's not "BA related"?

At the end of the day, the PP customer suffers from the server outage and COAA chooses the hosting provider.

Do you know of any company which doesnt suffer when their hosting company goes down ?

The server isn't owned by PP/COAA
All of the hosting companie's customers suffered....however as I'm sure you know and are aware  Evil, it was not a problem with PP "The Programme  / COAA / Bev   Smiley

( And I didnt suffer anyway as PP was running fine for me all day yesterday apart from a couple of minutes during the morning  Grin )

There's no 100% uptime guarantee, but some hosting providers are better than others.

Maybe, given the recent outages, the hosting SLA needs a review or the hosting company changed?

All I'm saying it's definitely PP related.

At least that is what I assume as I can't get anything out of PP at this time.

Hmmm, can't access the PP Yahoo Group (sometimes referred to as a Forum)!

PP server appears to be down and has been since 01.00 this morning.

There's no announcement on the PP Yahoo Group other than a comment from Peter Leadbetter at ManTMA:

The PP server mysteriously went down overnight.

Somebody suggested yesterday that maybe 'virtual radars' could be banned .... maybe, just maybe ??

Rather alarmist comment  Huh?

PP server back approx 10.52 BST:

Hi,

Sorry for the interruption of service.

I could not even access the server myself to find out what was wrong. Very
frustrating! After some exchanges with the engineers, my access was restored
and as far as I know, all the systems are now running.

Regards
