No Trojan HorsesWe will not tolerate posts that promote or support a particular product from members posing as existing or potential customers. Any member suspected of having an undeclared association may be gagged and any posts removed.
Cross-posting: Posting a thread in more than one forum is annoying and thus should be avoided. Just post it once in the correct place.
AvatarYour Avatar should be no larger that 150x150 pixels and can be either a gif, jpg or png image file. You may not use an Avatar of another member.
Signature Size: To avoid annoyance, signatures must not be more than five lines of text. If images are used in a signature, they should be smaller than 50KB and no more than 100 pixels high.
Link In Signature/Profile: You may put a link to your personal website in your sig/profile or in a post. If you do, a reciprocal link to this forum is a prerequisite.
Conflicts: If you have an issue with another member try to resolve it via PM in a polite and non abusive manner and not within the regular forum.

Rule Violation
If and when a post is deemed to have violated a Forum Rule, we will send you a Personal Message explaining what Rule has been violated and what further action may occur.
Repeated Rule Violation may invoke our Yellow and/or Red Card warning system. Active cards will be added to the member's Profile and will disploay on posts. The issuance of cards may result in a temporary or indefinite ban on posting and the removal of other priviliges.
One Yellow card
Serves as a notice of a possible ban. The card will be removed after 14 days if no further Rule Violation occurs during that time.
Two Yellow cards
Should another Violation occur when a single Yellow card is active, a second Yellow card will be issued. Both cards will be removed after 28 days if no further Rule Violation occurs during that time.
Red card
But, should another Violation occur when two Yellow cards are active, a Red card will be automatically issued, resulting in a 28 day ban.
The issue of straight Red cards is at the discretion of the Forum Moderators, depending on the severity and frequency of Rule Violations.
If a member receives more than two red cards he/she may incur an indefinite ban.
The card system applies to Personal Messaging as well as Forum posts.
