Hi guys,what are the minimum requirements for running the ANRB software on a computer?

Win XP?
processor,
memory?
any help appreciated,
trying to work out the best way to get into this hobby

On the Box it says:

MS Windows or Vista
PC 400mhz
128mb ram
50mb Drivespace
